I agree with the person above. To me Owen's poems are more describing the feeling whereas Sassoon's poems seem to describe a feeling of the time. In "Does it Matter?" I think he is trying to say that it doesnt seem to matter to anyone whether you've lost a leg or sight. If you weren't there, you would never understand. At least thats what I got from that poem.
